Your new role
As a Civil Labourer / Operator, you will play a vital role in their civil infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for:
- Operating a range of machinery including excavators, front end loaders, and graders
- Assisting with the preparation and laying of asphalt
- Site preparation, trenching, and earthmoving
- Assisting with asphalt and concrete work
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensuring safety standards are met on-site
- Working collaboratively with team members
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in civil construction
- Expertise in operating machinery for asphalt projects
- Strong understanding of site preparation, trenching, and earthmoving
- Valid MR truck license (desirable)
- Excavator, backhoe, front end loader, and grader licences
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Valid driver’s license and white card
