Your new role
  • Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct structural inspections, site visits, and oversee construction as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
  • Perform peer reviews and quality checks to ensure design accuracy and safety.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Licenced Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status required.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in structural engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local and international building codes (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE, Eurocode).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
