Pay rate: $40 per hour (Temporary to Perm role)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 / 10 - 6
About the Role:
As a Dispatch Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing dispatch operations. Your attention to detail and computer-savvy skills will be put to good use as you handle large volumes of emails and provide quotes to clients. While SAP experience is beneficial, it’s not a strict requirement – we value your ability to learn and adapt!
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate quotes.
Monitor and prioritise incoming emails, maintaining excellent communication.
Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and streamline operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience as a Dispatch Officer or in a similar role.
Computer literacy and proficiency in using dispatch software.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
