Your new role

We are seeking a skilled Site electrical Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing allocated project activities on-site to ensure project objectives and targets are achieved. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

Knowledge of electrical and/or civil construction methodologies and the integration of this into the planning and execution phases of the project, preferably in utility-scale renewables or substation construction.

• Current trade or tertiary qualification in electrical
• Experience in supervising solar farms, BESS, or substations
• Plan, monitor, and report on-site construction activities. Manage resources, health and safety, environment, productivity, schedule adherence, and quality of work.
• Promote a safe working culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Ensure contractors meet scope, quality, legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure work activities comply with company policies, practices, processes, and standards.
• Identify, manage, and control project-related risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers. Manage client representatives on-site.
• Lead and manage work crews to achieve project outcomes. Provide estimates and prepare construction methodologies.
