Your new role
As the Internal Quality Auditor – Environmental, you will play a pivotal role in conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO certifications, and identifying areas for improvement across the organisation. You’ll liaise with subject-matter experts and key stakeholders across Australia, working closely with the primary team based in Sydney. Your primary focus will be on driving compliance, identifying gaps, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. You’ll have access to essential systems and personnel to facilitate your audits effectively.

- Internal audit experience, particularly with ISO certifications and compliance standards.
- Certificate or diploma in Horticulture, Environmental Management, Landscape Construction, or a related field.
- Internal Auditor certification (e.g. ISO 9001:2015) desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to align with Western Australian time zones when liaising with experts.
- Availability for an immediate start.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to multiple worksites.
What you'll get in return
This is a casual, part-time position offering excellent flexibility with a mix of remote and office-based work. You will work approximately three days per week, with an hourly rate of $100–$130 per hour. Offices are located in Botany and Huntingwood. This role allows you to work with a supportive team while having the freedom to structure your schedule.
