Hays has partnered with an industry-leading Australian business within the construction and building industry and is looking for a reliable candidate to join their team based in their office located in Campbelltown.
Your new role
Accounts payable & receivable include entering invoices, reconciling accounts and tracking payments.
Bank reconciliation
Creating purchase orders, tracking of deliveries and maintaining stock records
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
Confirming orders and ensuring that materials arrive on time for scheduled projects.
Provide general administrative support to the admin, finance and projects team.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised with good time management skills
Interest in the construction/ building industry
Experience with MYOB
