A growing SME is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team for a permanent position.

Your new company

As a real success story over a number of years, this SME company aims to keep evolving and performing at a high level. A leading provider of infrastructure services, including project management, design and construction, there is a need for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. This position reports to the Company Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper and the Office Manager.

Your new role

  • Accounts Payable duties

  • Entering and coding invoices

  • Reconciliations

  • Intercompany invoice processing

  • Finance ad-hoc support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with accounts payable

  • Experience with MYOB is beneficial.

  • Experience with Excel is required.

  • Can do attitude and willing to assist as required

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
