Are you looking for a temporary full-time position? Based in Launceston, this role sits within a respected Tasmanian organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team & assist with administrative duties relating to Accounts Receivable. This organisation undertakes management of shipping and operations within Tasmania. The role will require full-time hours and will be offered as a temporary 3-month assignment.
Your new role
Finance Administration is what you love! Working in a small team, you will be responsible for providing Accounts Receivable administration, and support to the Accounts Receivable Officer. This is an opportunity to step into a larger organisation as a support position, with the potential to have career growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Administrator or similar, along with:
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work within deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions from a supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
