A National Software organisation requires an Application Support Analyst for a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, commencing ASAP. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.
Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Supporting, implementing and troubleshooting software for the SIT, UAT and Production environments.
- Conducting application upgrades and ensuring ongoing security compliance.
- Liaising with customers (internal and external) at all levels, to ensure an optimum relationship.
- Ensuring the knowledgebase is kept up-to-date with documentation and procedures.
- Participating in a rotating on-call roster every 4 – 6 weeks (paid).
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience providing Web Application support.
- Proven experience with SQL and Jira / Remedy / ServiceNow ITSM tools.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud and DevOps is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as AWS and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Experience working within a Financial service, Banking or Software organisation is advantageous.
