I am looking for a Government administration professional for a 3-month part-time temporary contract with a busy Federal Government Department located in Perth CBD. This role would be well-suited to university and TAFE students that are looking to gain experience in the Australian Public Sector.
Your new role
12 hours a week, working Monday and Wednesday 6 PM to 10PM and every Saturday 1PM to 5PM
You will be assisting the WA local office with administrative tasks as required
Assisting case managers with workflow.
Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow-up is completed
Ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and diligently within required timeframes
Desirable - experience in the Federal Government
What you'll need to succeed
Australian Citizenship is essential
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong data entry skills
Sound understanding of administration
Ability to work with minimal supervision
