Your new company
This Federal Government Department is seeking a number of APS4-APS6 (mostly APS5) Case Managers for a 6 month labour hire contract until the end of the financial year with the possibility of an extension, if ongoing funding is secured.
Your new role
In this role, you will case manage the participants of a Government program to achieve accurate outcomes within legislative and policy guidelines. You will liaise with stakeholders on policy, program or operational issues and be responsive to stakeholder needs and expectations. You will exercise judgement to make recommendations informed by the application of policies, best practice principles and procedures. You will also prepare advice through briefs, correspondence, reports and other required documents.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience from within the APS in program implementation or case management. You will have an ability to pick things up quickly and a positive, can-do attitude.

A hybrid working arrangement of 1 day from home, 4 days in the office will be on offer.
