Our client requires a Case Management Officer for a temporary period ASAP through to 31st December 2025. This position is located within Perth’s eastern suburbs near to public transport and parking.
The role will consist of working full-time hours Monday through to Friday.
The organisation is a statutory agency responsible for implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which aims to improve the lives of Australians with significant and permanent disabilities and their families and carers.

The APS4 Case Management role involves providing operational support, including managing related correspondence, organising assessments, and potentially conducting some research and analysis activities.
The Case Management Branch of the organisation oversees all external review applications. Its goal is to enhance the experience of current and future participants by resolving disputes efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and registering new matters
Handling and directing correspondence
Analysing and evaluating applications received by the organisation
Preparing and filing Tribunal documents for applications
Assessing and managing risks from processes, including privacy considerations and prioritisation
Organising assessments to support case managers in decision-making
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with data management and compliance reporting
- Experience with case management support
- Ability to assist with onboarding of new staff
- Disability sector experience would be an advantage.
- Ideally, experience with CRM / database management and SharePoint
- Ideally, knowledge of outlook and excel
- Citizenship requirement: Australian Citizen
