We are partnered with a Federal Government Agency in the Brisbane CBD to recruit a Customer Contact Officer for a seven-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
Your new role
Working within this Federal Government Agency, you will be responsible for:
Manage phones, emails and web forms to respond to and provide timely resolution to stakeholders
Triage, refer, provide information to and collect information from stakeholders
Ensure accurate and timely recording of contacts
Participate in team meetings
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
Must be an Australian Citizen
Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance if required
Experience or understanding within the aged care sector is favourable
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
