Your new role
As the Senior Governance Officer, you will be pivotal in managing and delivering a range of corporate reporting and governance requirements. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and drafting the annual report, corporate plan, operational report, and annual performance statements. You will also assist with performance measures, provide high-quality advice, consult with senior staff, coordinate risk reviews, manage conflict of interest policies, and provide secretariat support for committees.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your new role, you will have strong project management skills with the ability to develop and follow clear plans. You will also have a proven ability to deliver clear and well-written documents, excellent judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment, high-level relationship management skills to build and sustain strong networks and strong analytical skills to collate and interpret complex information.What you'll get in return
