Your new role

As a Senior Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in the design and documentation process for a variety of residential projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all designs are accurate, compliant, and meet the highest standards of excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming initial concepts into detailed, buildable plans.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in residential drafting, particularly within volume building.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
