Your new company
This global business that leads the way in their industry is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their small finance team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week). The role will be based in their Ipswich-based offices, which offers plenty of onsite car parking a great location for a local applicant.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Credit card reconciliations
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Journals
- Allocating payments
- Accounts data entry
- Assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Accounts / Finance Officer or Accounts Clerk
- Strong reconciliation experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills
- Display strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with key internal stakeholders and employees
