Your new role
As Assistant Director (2IC), you will support the Centre Director in leading daily operations, mentoring educators, and ensuring the highest standards of early learning. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting staff development and mentoring teams across 8 rooms
Overseeing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Engaging with families and the local community
Monitoring financial activities and operational efficiencies

Competitive salary ($85K – $100K + super, negotiable based on experience)

What you'll get in return
To be successful, you will have:
A Bachelor’s or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 2 years experience in an Assistant Director or leadership role
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and school readiness frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
