Your new role
As an Assistant Manager in our Business Services division, you will work closely with 2 Senior Managers, dealing directly with clients and overseeing the work of our Accountants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and reports.
- Providing strategic advice and support to clients.
- Managing client relationships and addressing their needs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a chartered firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
