Your new role

• Lead and mentor team members and developers in the best automation practices.
• Set standards for automation, reuse, and critical business functions.
• Manage and support automation services for complex projects and ongoing activities.
• Implement and execute automation regression suites and frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams in test automation and CI/CD to improve speed and quality.
• Explore new technologies and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to enhance automation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge and experience in testing computer systems and methodologies
• Experience in creating and developing automation frameworks and tools like cucumber.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder collaboration
• Understanding of agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycles
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and make sound judgements
