They are seeking someone to become part of their team, offering 25 flexible hours per week. As a Bookkeeper, the main focus will be on ensuring precise and timely transaction processing in accordance with month-end necessities. This role presents an ideal chance for individuals aiming to advance in their careers by joining a thriving and well-established company.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be a key team player in the team. A position for someone who has experience of handling various tasks efficiently:
Managing phones/emails
Conducting bank reconciliations
Entering bills into Xero
Making weekly bill payments
Recording invoices in Xero
Overseeing office management, including cleaning and stationery
Handling filing, shredding, and other ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Bookkeeper, you will also have experience with:
High level of data entry skills - speed and accuracy of input.
Demonstrated accounts support experience
MS Excel – Intermediate/Advanced
Xero software experience
Strong level of written and verbal communication skills.
