Your new role

The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging business requirements with technical solutions, focusing on integration, application design, and business intelligence (BI) capabilities. This role works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement integrated solutions, and develop meaningful insights through BI reporting to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Integration and Application Design:Proficiency with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, API integration, SSIS, and SSAS) and a solid understanding of application architecture.
  • Business Intelligence: Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, including the ability to design and develop data models and dashboards.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with databases, APIs, middleware, data ETL processes, and data visualization.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze complex system dependencies and integration points, as well as interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented approach to resolve complex integration, application, and BI issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in BI reporting, system configurations, and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on integrations, BI reporting, and application design.
  • Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI), API development, and middleware integration.
  • BI certifications or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
