Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in various digital transformation, process improvement, and technology implementation projects. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting process mapping and stakeholder engagement, and developing business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, and user stories. Additionally, you will assist with change management initiatives, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will provide insights, recommendations, and data analysis to support project teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ERP, HRIS and/or CRM systems required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI will be highly regarded.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on project needs. You will have the opportunity to work on-site in Port Macquarie as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
