As a Business Analyst, you will focus on improving and optimizing business processes within the medical devices industry. You will be responsible for process mapping, documentation, and designing cross-functional methodologies and frameworks. Your role includes business continuity planning, risk mitigation, and connecting various business functions. You will also participate in ELT meetings to ensure consistency in processes and support ERP replacement initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in business process improvement and optimization within the medical devices industry. A strong background in process mapping and documentation is essential, along with knowledge of business continuity planning and risk mitigation. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is required. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to gather requirements, analyze them, and translate them into actionable insights. Experience with COBIT or APQC is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with full-time experience, open to a 9–12 month FTC with strong potential for a permanent role.
