Your new role

As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for requirements gathering across a highly varied service design environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business processes within a service design environment

• An understanding of information / process Architecture and UI/UX practices

• Experience working in unstructured environments with a solution focused approach
