The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial painting sectors.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including general contractors, property managers, and facility owners.

  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, bids, and contracts that highlight value-driven solutions.

  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the commercial painting, building maintenance, construction, or related industry.

  • Strong industry network with a successful track record in client acquisition and retention.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute growth-oriented business plans.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working autonomously.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
