Your new role
Scout and Capture New Business: Unearth and seize exciting opportunities to expand our customer base, driving growth and innovation.
Exceed Sales Targets: Propel business forward by smashing sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction within the Consumer line of business.
Cultivate Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain vibrant relationships with existing clients to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
Client Champion: Be the go-to expert for clients, skilfully addressing their enquiries, concerns, and requests while anticipating their needs and providing valuable feedback to stakeholders.
Financial Analysis Guru: Prepare and incorporate financial analyses, tables, charts, and graphs into presentations and proposals that effectively educate clients on products, industry trends, and competition, while offering solutions tailored to client needs.
Strategic Planner: Develop, implement, review, and revise a 6-12 month rolling plan focused on identifying prospective clients within the designated market segment to meet or exceed sales targets.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience:1-5 years of hands-on experience in property law.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Mastery: Superior problem-solving abilities.
Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills.
