Business Development Manager - Mobile Crane Hire

With an extensive fleet of mobile and tower cranes, they are renowned for their commitment to safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen their market presence and drive business growth.


Your new role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the civil construction and infrastructure sectors.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.

  • Analyzing client needs to provide customized crane hire solutions.

  • Preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the civil construction or equipment hire industry.

  • A solid understanding of crane operations and civil construction projects (preferred).

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities and experience managing multiple clients.

  • A self-motivated attitude with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel as required.

  • Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
