Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organising direct marketing and business development activities to meet sales budgets and strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Actively seeking new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Promoting the company’s products and services, addressing and predicting customer objectives.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Using appropriate systems and tools to deliver all required reports.
- Attending and contributing to conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Participating in new product training and maintaining expenses within budget guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Industrial contractors, EPC
- A customer-focused and results-driven approach with proactive sales strategies.
- Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in sales or the electrical field.
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships across multiple levels of customer organisations.
