Your new role

Become an integral part of their energetic Mackay team, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships across the region. You will interact with a diverse range of clients, uncovering new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed

• Have substantial experience in Business Development, particularly in B2B settings.
• Be motivated to achieve and surpass KPIs and targets.
• Possess the ability to excel in both farming and hunting sales roles.
• Have a background in sales within construction, industrial, mining, or similar sectors (preferred).
• Demonstrate a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in accurate reporting.
