Your new role


The Technology One implementation project will require the Business Process Analyst to play a crucial role in identifying and analysing organisational processes affected by the system implementation.


Accountabilities


  • They will work closely with Subject-Matter Experts and the broader business to map target state business processes using Business Process Modelling techniques.
  • The responsibilities will include capturing business requirements and developing User Stories/Use Cases.
  • Reporting into the Change and Communications Lead, the role will assist with change impact assessment and the delivery of business readiness activities including training documentation, user support.
  • Working closely with the Testing team to support and ensure the successful execution of comprehensive and effective User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and related documentation for future-state processes.
  • Support meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process maps.
  • Assist in establishing documentation standards for process mapping and ensuring consistency in format and terminology.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in business processes modelling techniques and enabling software applications.
  • Proficient in applying information security, knowledge processing, and governance controls, such as recording and reporting, to work practices.
  • Knowledge of service management practices, including the software development lifecycle and various development methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and process optimisation techniques.
  • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their impact on business processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Experience with TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere is highly regarded
