Are you looking for your next career move? Based in the Hobart CBD, this role sits within a national GBE, focussing on a clean energy future. Due to project growth, this role will support the Finance Team Lead, and provide outstanding administrative support to the Finance Team.
Your new role
You are a Business Support expert! Demonstrating initiative and being a self-starter, you will have proven knowledge and experience in administration and workflow coordination. Given the nature of this project, you will need to have a high level of computer literacy, experience in business coordination, and a basic understanding of general financial processes. This is a rare opportunity to support a small, but connected finance team, and richly contribute to the progression of economic growth and the environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have demonstrated experience as a BSO or similar, along with:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Finance and/or relevant experience in a similar role
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Capacity to work autonomously, be proactive, and apply a strong level of time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and external communications
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly desirable
