• Conduct cadastral surveys to determine property boundaries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Utilise surveying equipment and technology to collect data.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on land development projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide expert advice on land-related matters to clients and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• A Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licence is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cadastral surveying.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
