An opportunity has arisen for experienced Campaign Coordinators to join a State Government department in the Perth CBD. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
The primary responsibilities encompass campaign management, collaboration with the advertising industry (e.g., media agencies), and internal stakeholder management, among other duties:
- Create and manage campaigns and marketing communications, including planning, scheduling, drafting internal briefs, tracking budgets, processing necessary documents, organising meetings, and supporting contract management tasks.
- Develop, implement, and assess marketing strategies in paid media.
- Oversee research and evaluation efforts to optimise campaigns.
- Coordinate various marketing campaign services, such as public relations, publications, graphic design, and content and asset production.
- Contribute to owned channels (website, social media) related to campaign activities.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns, including development, implementation and optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience in media and creative agency partnership and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write reports, briefing papers and presentations
- Previous government experience will be highly desirable
