Your new role
Seeking a Change Analyst that will assist and report to the Change Management Lead in the implementation of various digital systems and business processes. This role will focus on collaborating with stakeholders to develop well-structured training strategies and high-quality documentation of the organisation’s digital systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a Change Management role, helping to deliver digital systems within an organisation
- The ability to use training software programs such as ActivePresenter, Camtasia and Articulate 360 and a Learning Management System.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders or teams and articulate situations.
- Adaptability and capability to develop and implement e-learning content, training strategies, plans and materials
- Promote awareness of proposals to boost values of constant development and reinforce organisational objectives.
