Your new role

• Lead the creation of client-facing change communication materials, working closely with Implementation and Change Leads or other project team members.
• Collaborate with the project team to brainstorm, develop, and implement client communication strategies and tactics.
• Craft communications that resonate with the client’s target audience(s), using the right tone and medium to drive desired actions and behaviours.
• Partner with creative and technology experts to design, develop, and deliver innovative communication materials.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in communications, either internally or in a consulting capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, polished content across various media for different audiences.
• Previous experience working on Projects
• Ability to incorporate feedback from multiple sources, resolve issues independently, and thrive in a collaborative, iterative team environment.
• Confident in expressing opinions and taking calculated risks.
• Preferred: Experience in change management or executive communications.
• Preferred: Skills in video production and/or script writing.
