This major Federal Government Organisation is looking for a Change Manager to manage end to end change strategies to ensure the successful implementation of a large government legislation reform.

Your new role

You will work closely with a wider project team to support the development of change management documents and communication plans. You will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the impact assessment and assess business readiness.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering successful change projects, with experience in reform or regulatory projects being ideal.
• Baseline or NV1 clearance is essential
• Diverse project and stakeholder experience
• Collaborative and friendly approach

What you'll get in return
