This leading education provider is looking for multiple change managers to join the team, working on business transformation projects impacting people and processes.

Your new role

As part of a small team of change managers, you will assist in the successful delivery of business transformation projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience working on projects impacting people and processes, including operating model changes.
• Experience working within education is ideal.
• The ability to work effectively across a number of projects at one time, either alongside a small team or in a standalone role.
• You must be happy working from the office in Parramatta up to 3 days a week.

What you'll get in return

You will get a 12-24 month fixed-term contract on a salary ranging from $160,000-$170,000 package.
