Your new role

  • Handle incoming calls from brokers and lodge claims on the system.
  • Ensure the system auto-generates and sends letters.
  • Schedule appointments with builders.
  • Manage emails from brokers and process online claim lodgements.
  • Answer phone calls and complete claim lodgements.
  • Utilise your insurance experience to assist with claims processing.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in daily tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Insurance Experience: A background in insurance would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with brokers and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling claims and documentation.
  • Computer Proficiency: Competence in using various computer systems and software.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service to brokers and clients.
