Our client is looking for a cleaning and gardening supervisor to join their team in providing services across Sydney and Western Sydney areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities to ensure that all cleaning and gardening tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Your daily job responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of cleaners and gardeners to ensure high performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage cleaning and gardening operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure services align with their needs and expectations.
  • Site Inspections & Reporting: Conduct regular site audits to uphold cleaning standards, identify issues, and provide detailed reports.
  • Service Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Leadership Skills: Experience supervising cleaning, gardening, or similar service teams, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Industry Experience: 1–2 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management, or a related field, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to engage with clients, manage relationships, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with auditing and reporting systems for operational management.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining compliance and high service standards.
  • Valid Australian Driving Licence.
