Client Service Manager

Global financial services firm and a market leader in investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.

Your new role

The role is within the Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions. A key function of the Client Service Manager’s role is the ability to deal confidently with the Financial Advisor and their clients in a high volume, time critical environment, providing outstanding service.


• Facilitation of all administrative client queries in a fast-paced environment
• Placing client trades on behalf of the Financial Adviser once experienced
• Client onboarding, including preparation of account documentation in systems in line with current AML/CTF, KYC regulations
• Arrange and assist in client asset transfers domestically and internationally. CHESS sponsorship, off-market, broker to broker etc
• IPO and corporate action allocation management and preparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting as required
• Process and monitor stock settlements, including following up with clients regarding outstanding funds.
• Proactively notify clients and the Financial Adviser of any issues recommending a solution and timeframe

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
• RG146 – if not held already a requirement to study towards
• Experience in wealth management or financial planning is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively deal with stakeholders and clients
• Display a high level of resilience and a strong ability to prioritise tasks
