Your new role
The role is within the Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions. A key function of the Client Service Manager’s role is the ability to deal confidently with the Financial Advisor and their clients in a high volume, time critical environment, providing outstanding service.
What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
• RG146 – if not held already a requirement to study towards
• Experience in wealth management or financial planning is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively deal with stakeholders and clients
• Display a high level of resilience and a strong ability to prioritise tasks
