Your new role
Do you have a strong background in construction Tier 1 or 2 builders?
Tired of that builder life? Being bashed around, the stress, long hours, early site visits, getting home late?
Working on behalf of a range of predominately private clients, you will be involved in managing a number of different construction projects, large scale to $200m variety of buildings. From concept through to delivery you will be involved in managing the whole process. Managing a range of stakeholders, your role will be to make sure all are complying with the clients requirements; the Architects, builders, all engineering disciplines.

What you'll need to succeed
Construction related degree 6-10 years experience
Salary up to $150k+super......but many less hours work!
Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a CA/PM/PE
Project experience similar; $30m+ technical projects, hospitals, commercial, student accomodation, apartments etc (not civil, or basic commercial or small residential homes)
Must have confidence and clear communication- hold your own managing end clients and all stakeholders
Must have that ability to engage with everyone.
