What you’ll do:
Your role as a problem-solver and trusted advisor includes:
Your role as a problem-solver and trusted advisor includes:
- Educating colleagues across a range of seniority levels about NAB’s HR and payroll processes via phone and service portals.
- Approximately 1-2.5 hours of your day will be spent on calls with colleagues, and the remainder will be focused on processing, administration and case management.
- Navigating a range of systems simultaneously, most prominently SAP, processing people movements and related queries.
Examples of how you'll make a difference:
- Coordinate information and logistics with hiring managers when an internal move is initiated, for example into a new role, a promotion or an interstate relocation.
- Inform colleagues about self-service portal knowledge articles they can use to resolve their queries
- Manage recruitment-related requests, such as ensuring new hires are appropriately onboarded on systems
- Triage and resolve payroll and HR queries such as EBA entitlements, how overtime works or leave eligibility
- Handle requests end-to-end through the case management portal

- Professional Experience: A combination of HR or Payroll related experience, Customer Service experience and Administration experience will be highly regarded
- Resilience: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focus: A positive, empathetic approach to resolving issues.
- Commitment: A full-time work ethic and a passion for excellence.
- Tech Savvy: Confidence in navigating systems and technology. Experience with SAP and/or case or request management software will be highly regarded.
