Our client is an established and growing Commercial Property Management company that offer a specialised service across QLD & NSW.

Your new role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management of six large institutional assets in Brisbane.

• Manage property operations and tenant relationships
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts and EOFY reconciliations
• Coordinate maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews
• Schedule & conduct property inspections
• Effective management of rental & outgoings arrears

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial Property Management, managing your own portfolio

• Strong commercial acumen and property knowledge

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid QLD Real Estate registration and a Driver’s Licence
