Hays are proud to be partnering with Ray White Commercial Tasmania (RWC Tasmania) in their search for a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent to join their rapidly growing team.RWC has an unsurpassed reputation in the commercial property real estate market in Australia, specialising in commercial property sales, leasing and property management. The energetic and professional team pride themselves on their ability to develop bespoke marketing campaigns for all properties, including project marketing and asset management.

RWC Tasmania is a wholly owned Tasmanian business and recently opened a new office in the Hobart CBD. The business has already grown to be a 10 person team and this growth and continued demand has provided the opportunity to add another commercial sales and leasing agent to the dynamic team.

Your new role

As the Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent, reporting io the Managing Partner, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying and proactively seeking commercial sale & leasing opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
  • Expanding your business network and creating long term relationships
  • Confidently negotiating sale and leasing transactions
  • Understanding and adhering to all business policies and procedures
  • Working in harmony with a professional proactive team providing 6 star client service

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate you will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience in Real Estate and preferably (but not essential) a proven track record of Commercial Sales and Leasing
  • Unwavering honesty, integrity and professionalism
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A positive contributor to the Teams constructive culture
  • A “can do” attitude, work under pressure and have an ability to quickly problem solve
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Hold a current driver’s and a Tasmanian Property Representative Licence
