Your new role
Your new role as the Pre-site customer support officer will be to efficiently and effectively coordinate the service & support process of the company's customers from the time a job is sales approved and allocated to you up until the job is ready to be handed over to the building team for construction. Your duties will include:
- Customer contact: issuing clients with welcome letters, introducing yourself and contacting them regularly for all pre-site jobs
- Creation of job files, preparing HIA contracts and ensuring that all communication is logged
- Raising variations and following up on variation requests
- Obtaining developer approval, property service information, soil reports and building approvals
- Attending weekly meetings to report on results and action items
- Conducting contract signing appointments
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have:
- Experience working in the construction industry and a level of relevant experience that is transferable
- Strong communication stills and the ability to communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- A much-organised approach to work, the ability to juggle a number of priorities and meet deadlines
- A willing attitude and the ability to understand the needs of others
- Professional presentation is essential for this client-facing role.
