This position focusses on the relationship between the business and its customers during significant growth. This is a permanent, full-time position. Key Responsibilities

• Management of Contracts and Standing Offers
• Supporting Bids and Projects with contract and project administration support
• Analysis and review of customer non-technical requirements
• Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the technical requirements and its relationship to the schedule and associated priorities
• Checking all non-technical elements of the solution proposed, and the dependencies required for its delivery
• Supporting the Capture/Bid team in identifying contractual requirements
• Managing changes to the contract baseline
• Managing contractual disagreements
• Ensuring all contractual obligations are completed
• Continuing to build knowledge and experience of Contract / Commercial Management principles and actively contribute at all levels

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to obtain NV1 (Australian Citizen)
• Knowledge of ASDEFCON contracting framework
• Strong attention to detail
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sound business, commercial, and regulatory knowledge and experience
• Advanced level of skill with Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience in contract management, legal, commercial or project management
• Successful track record in the provision of contract support that has facilitated the delivery of successful projects and business outcomes
