• Implement a contract management system for all projects.
• Consult with YEC leadership on contracting strategies.
• Develop standardised contract forms.
• Manage the contracting process, including tender assessment and negotiation.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and risks.
• Support HR in recruiting staff for contract administration.

• Manage communication and deadlines.
• Identify and handle risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Navigate a demanding regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Positively manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Handle multiple major contracts and sensitive contracting environments.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with the community.
• Operate in an environment with intense community engagement.

• Identify and implement a suitable Contracting Management System.
• Develop contracting procedures and plans.
• Lead market engagement and tender processes.
• Negotiate and manage contracts.
• Proactively manage contractor relationships and anticipate risks.

• At least 5 years of experience leading contract management teams on large contracts.
• At least 15 years of experience in contract management for major projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in contract management of renewable energy projects.
