Your new role

** Part-time role - 3 or 4 days per week**

As the Contracts Administrator, you will manage and oversee all contractual aspects of diverse architectural and interior design projects. Your role will involve ensuring contracts align with legal requirements, company policies, and project goals. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will safeguard the seamless execution of agreements from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and analysing contracts for legal and commercial accuracy.
  • Coordinating contract negotiations and revisions with clients, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
  • Managing the contract signing process and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Preparing sub-consultancy agreements and engaging external legal/insurance reviews as required.
  • Identifying and mitigating contract risks while assisting with dispute resolution.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A background in law, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal contract admin or manager role.
  • Strong understanding of consultancy contracts and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
