Your New Role
You will engage with existing Advantedge customers who call for information on their loan accounts and application updates, ensuring strict adherence to authentication measures. We are customer obsessed, so delivering exceptional service is key.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Handling inbound calls from existing customers, managing approximately 25 calls per day.
- Assisting customers with Advantedge banking requests. We keep it simple by resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing enquiries related to their accounts and addressing any objections while delivering professional customer service. We move with speed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the majority of calls are resolved on the first call
- Referring complex cases to case managers. We own it by taking responsibility for customer issues.
- Educating customers on any changes and updates to ensure they are well-informed and satisfied.
The Details
This is a 6-month temporary contract with opportunities for extension. You will be paid $35.86 per hour plus superannuation, working 8-hour shifts on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 8 AM – 8 PM.
This role requires full-time training from the office for the first 3 months, after which you may be offered a hybrid working environment subject to proficiency.
You will start on the 3rd of March 2025 and work at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC.
What you will need to flourish
- Previous call centre experience is mandatory.
- A desire and commitment to help customers. High empathy coupled with confidence.
- Resilience and an ability to handle difficult customer conversations and objections
- Excellent verbal communication
