Your new role
Join the team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll engage with customers across various channels to resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Actively listen to customer enquiries, demonstrate empathy, and ensure their needs are met.
- Manage customer orders, adjust to specific ordering processes, and ensure accurate freight charges.
- Stay updated on product features and promotions, upsell products, and communicate with the Demand Planner on stock issues.
- Organise warranty item returns, liaise with the Production Manager, process credit notes, and rectify consignment errors.
- Work with Customer Service reps, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and offshore factories to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven performance in internal sales/customer service
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Competent computer skills in Excel and Word with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
- SAP experience desirable
- Previous experience in the sporting industry is desirable
